Fees for registered mail
If original documents have been provided to the Embassy, we strongly recommend you request to have the documents returned to you with registered mail. For registered mail, please add the following to amount to the consular fee:

Registered post in Sweden 1x passport/notarial: AUD 15

Registered post in Sweden 2x or more passports/notarials: AUD 18

Registered post in Finland, Latvia, Estonia 1x passport/notarial: AUD 21

Registered post in Finland, Latvia, Estonia 2x or more passports/notarials: AUD 25
As per the postage fees above, you can choose to have your passport sent to you via Registered Post. If you wish to collect your passport in person from the Embassy in Stockholm, no additional charges will be added.
How do I pay for a service?
Fees for notarial or passport services lodged at the Australian Embassy in Stockholm can be paid via a bank card (visa, mastercard, AMEX)
- Your bank card will be processed for the full amount including relevant postage in AUD by the Embassy in Stockholm.
- The Embassy does not accept cash.
- Applicants living in Finland, Estonia and Latvia will be sent via email a credit authorisation form once we receive your application.
- Please note: the notarial service will not be processed until the Embassy has received the correct documentation and payment.
