If you live in Finland, Latvia or Estonia, you can book a passport appointment with one of our Honorary Consuls in Helsinki, Riga, Tallinn. Honorary Consuls in Helsinki, Riga and Tallinn are not able to provide any notarial or legal services, nor provide advice on these matters.
